Item upgrades: random bonuses, solvents and the upgrade window

Item upgrades have changed, and they now have their own page in the library.
Every upgrade now adds one random bonus from your item's list. Armour upgraded with ore may gain armor, hit points or protection from an element, and a sword may gain attack, defense or its fighting skill. Each bonus rolls a grade from 1 to 5, and each grade is half as likely as the one below. The item's level and quality cap the grade: a magic plate armor at +5 can roll grade 5, a coat never passes grade 1.
Not happy with a roll? Alchemists now brew five solvents, from weak to grand. A solvent takes the last upgrade off your item, so you can try that level again.
Anvils, workbenches and tanning racks now open an upgrade window. Put your item in it to see what the next level takes, your chance of success and every bonus it can roll, then upgrade it right there.
Good materials are scarcer too: a vein, rock or tree gives 1 to 3 pieces, and one try at +5 takes 480 cobalt ore or ghostwood. A well-rolled +5 is something to show off.
